I work at the intersection of applied AI, product delivery and startup operations. I have built software, taken hardware to market, and run programmes that connect people with opportunity.

  At Cognilium AI, my work spans AI product delivery and the commercial operations behind it. At Wattey Energy (formerly BijliBachao.pk), I lead energy systems and product engineering: connecting meters, inverter data and billing workflows to software people use.

  At ID92, I ran startup programmes at national scale. Through CIRCLE, I delivered a Gates Foundation-funded programme and its measurement systems. Through Digitara, I led outreach for UNIDO PAIDAR; I also consulted for GIZ.

   Wattey Energy

   Head of Energy Systems & Product Engineering

   Ali Ahmed designed and built Wattey Energy’s five energy products (formerly BijliBachao.pk): WattEY, STS, Metering, Sub-Billing and Solar Performance Cloud.

   AI Solutions Engineer

   At Cognilium AI, Ali Ahmed built the client-acquisition engine, led AI products from Paralegent AI to VectorHire, and set up the team’s policies, hiring and admin.

   UNIDO PAIDAR

   Head of Outreach & Ecosystem Engagement, Digitara — on the UNIDO PAIDAR Programme

   Ali Ahmed was Head of Outreach & Ecosystem Engagement on UNIDO PAIDAR, an EU-funded UN programme, mobilising Pakistan’s startup and SME ecosystem.

   Wonder Women

   Co-Founder & Head of Product

   Ali Ahmed co-founded Wonder Women, Pakistan’s FemTech startup: Asani vending machines, 75,000+ transactions, a P&G partnership, and the HEC seed fund.

   CIRCLE × the Gates Foundation

   Program Manager & Business Intelligence Lead

   Ali Ahmed delivered a Gates Foundation-funded Digital Literacy Program at CIRCLE, bringing 10,000 women into the digital economy and measuring its impact.
